Working with Coastbuild has been a positive experience throughout the building process. When we initially met Nick and Barry, I felt that they understood the size and nature of the project and came with a "realistic enthusiasm".  They were keen to be involved, studied the plans, explained the timescales and where their trained skillset lay and where they would need to bring in other specialists. Offered ideas to enhance the plans.

 

Flexible in working with other companies that I had already chosen for materials / aspects of the works. Checked in with me through the build process, where required, for decisions, agreeing adjustments and where cost may be involved due to additional work, raising awareness in a timely manner.

The project highlight is the conversion of what was a haphazard flow and un-usability of rooms in a dated house into a welcoming modern extended family home, serving three generations. Coastbuild helped deliver this vision, building to and enhancing the original plan. The new orangery extension is finished to a very high standard and is the new heart of our home. Renovated rooms have been enhanced significantly to meet our family needs.

 

The whole of the Coastbuild team have been flexible in how the order of work was scheduled to allow us to continue to live on site as a family, considerate to our needs, ensuring safety standards for themselves and us, and always sociable with the family. A real pleasure to work with and I’m glad that I chose them.
